Any structure valued at less than $5000, without electrical service or plumbing is exempt from obtaining a building permit from the Town of Murry.
Permits shall be obtained prior to any construction, and before any manufactured home or mobile home enters the Town of Murry. Permits shall expire 24 months after the date of issuance.
Copies of the permit will be sent to the Assessor and Building Inspector.
Requests for a permit may be made with the Town of Murry Clerk.

The first installment of your property taxes is due by January 31st each year. You pay your first installment to the Town of Murry Treasurer. You can either pay them by sending them in the mail or in person at the Murry Town Hall on the dates indicated on the insert with your tax statement.
The second installment needs to be paid by July 31st each year to the Rusk County Treasurer at 311 East Miner Avenue/ Ladysmith, WI 54848.
